FAQ for "Euro Festival Zupfmusik 2018 Bruchsal" I want to join the euro festival. What should I do? The Bund Deutscher Zupfmusiker e.V. By the end of September 2017 every active candidate receives an acceptance or rejection for active participation in the festival. What should I do? Hotel accommodations are not mediated by the organizer. Each participant is responsible for his own accommodation. Information about hotel accommodations can be obtained from the tourist information of the city Bruchsal www.bruchsal-erleben.de As experience shows that about 1,500 active participants are expected at the festival, the organizers advises an early reservation of hotel accommodations! Is there a community catering? Yes! During the festival time meals obtained from Thursday noon until Saturday evening in the festival tent (also for vegetarians). With mandatory registration of the festival, the number of meals needed is requested for catering. I can only be on a given day during the festival in Bruchsal. Can my appearance requests will be considered for the festival? The organizers always try to all the wishes of applicants into account. The organizer wants the purposes of the festival character that all participants stay for the entire festival time in Bruchsal. A music-making behind closed doors should therefore be avoided. It may therefore be that special requests in individual cases can not be considered.   What are the costs to me as a participant? Besides my costs for traveling and accommodation I am required to purchase a festival ticket. This costs 140 € (adults) and € 90 (student / student) for BDZ-members. For non-members, the BDZ-150 € (adults) and € 100 (student / student) costs. Do I have a festival ticket? Basically, all active participants must purchase a festival ticket. What includes the purchase of the 4-day-festival-ticket? With the purchase of the 4-Day-Festival CardTicket I can attend free of charge to all concerts, workshops and exhibitions. The ticket also includes six meals, from Thursday to Saturday as part of the Community Board. Are there opportunities to practice with the orchestra? There is the possibility of a short stage rehearsal on the day of the show. Additional practice rooms are not provided by the organizers, for organizational reasons. Are there tickets in advance and at the box office? Yes. From January 2018 there will be the opportunity to purchase tickets from the internet. During the festival period, the ticket office is open on site. There day and individual tickets can be purchased for events. I play in several ensembles and orchestras and would avoid duplication appearance, what should I do? With one of the next participant circulars all active participants will receive a questionnaire. Here you have the possibility to specify which of your Orchestra members have several performances during the festival.
